2. Service Description

Lumina provides personalized face yoga programs designed to support facial fitness, skin tone, and overall wellness. The Service is intended for wellness and lifestyle purposes only and is not a medical service, treatment, or diagnostic tool.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• This offer is structured as a 10-day paid trial for $1, followed by a recurring weekly subscription of $9.99 per week. The first recurring charge occurs on day 11 and continues weekly until canceled.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing help@luminaclub.io. Cancellation takes effect immediately; no further charges will be applied.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

If you have any facial injuries, recent cosmetic or surgical procedures, skin conditions, chronic pain, or other medical concerns, please consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider before beginning the program. Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, videos, illustrations, exercise techniques, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Lumina NEW ME Club and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without our written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
